When to refer and why?

Lymphedema treatment: Focuses on a comprehensive approach to manage swelling and improve lymphatic function. This typically involves manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, exercise, and skin care education. The goal is to reduce swelling, improve lymphatic flow, and prevent complications like infections.
Wound care: Involves regular assessment, proper cleansing and debridement, moisture management, infection control, compression therapy, and nutritional support.
